Sun Homes Overseas Ltd is a Uk Based, specialised international property estate agency with offices throughout Europe and Africa. The company was formed with a view to assisting UK clients in purchasing property in popular holiday destinations such as Spain and Cyprus. Soon after the company began to specialise in emerging markets and our first offices were opened in Bulgaria in 2005. We subsequently opened our second office in the Red Sea Resort of Hurghada in 2006.

Our clients are a mixture of investors, holiday homers, and those looking for a place to retire. Our philosophy is based around customer service and satisfaction. By opening our own offices within the resorts we are able to work directly with the owners and developers, cutting out any middlemen. We also offer a variety of services directly from our offices to help you during and after your purchase.

Sun Homes Overseas was set up by its 2 directors, George Sorial & Nigel Murton who have a very hands-on approach to running the company. Between them they a vast amount of knowledge in the overseas property market and have invested in the developments that the company promote themselves.
